Cruisin' Wild Wheels Weekend

The ALL NEW Cruisin’ Wild Wheels Weekend features multiple events along the beautiful Virginia Beach oceanfront over three days!  The municipal parking lot at 19th Street and Pacific Avenue will be the focal point of the weekend, when hot rods, street machines, classic cars, and trucks vie for prizes, and thousands of car enthusiasts and families view the 300 vehicles on display.  

The show at 19th Street will also feature celebrities, specialty vendors, and live music.  This part of the weekend will be a ticketed event for the public, and car owners will have the opportunity to register their cars in the show as long as space permits. 

Other components of Cruisin’ Wild Wheels Weekend include a parade and brief display on the boardwalk, which will literally become a local version of “Route 66!”  With evening car shows right on Atlantic Avenue and a drive-in movie on Saturday night, this revved-up event is guaranteed to crank up both spectators and participants!

i just got an email.. the reason this year's is shaken up a bit is because the 'wild wheels' october show that ONLY ray and myself went to last year has now combined forces with the spring 'cruisin' show for this event.

 fingers crossed it is well run like the october show.

 it's the Corvette Club of Richmond's annual dyno day on yet a third beach trip...
